| 对281例真胃变位的自然病例，根据发病时间分成2组。其中，氢溴酸山莨菪碱和安乃近治疗组105例，手术治疗组176例。结果表明，药物治疗组治愈率为77.7%，手术治疗组治愈率为71.2%。 |

| Abstract: |
| Study was made on 263 dairy cows which have got the displacement of abomasum.They were divided into two groups by attacking time.Among them,105 cases were treated with anisodamine hydrobremide and analginum,176 cases were treated with operation.The result indicates that,cure percentage of mdeicament treatment is about 77.7%,cure percentage of operation treatment is about 71.2%. |
