对采自西藏拉萨、林芝和日喀则地区的10属18种豆科植物的282份根瘤样品进行根瘤菌的分离纯化、菌株的回接和固氮酶活性的测定 ,结果表明 ,这些地区的豆科植物均可自然结瘤 ,其形态比较单一 ,主要为较规则的球形、柱状和掌状 ,颜色为褐红色、红色、粉红色和白色 ,球形根瘤的大小为 Φ0.1~6.0 mm,柱状根瘤的大小为1~10 mm,92.5%的自然根瘤可测到固氮酶活性 ,其活性值为0.093~12.403nmol/(mg·h) ,可以看出 ,豆科植物根瘤的大小、颜色和固氮酶的活性与采集地点的生态环境相关。 |

Abstract: |
282 specimens of root nodule,Which are dispersed over 10 genera 18 species of legumes in the Lasha,Linzhi and Rikaze prefecture of Tibet Autonomous Region,were analysed by isolation,purification,renodulation of rhizobial strains and determination of nitrogenase activity.The results show that all leguminous plants could nodulate under the natural environment,the shape of nodules is mainly spherical,cylindrical and palmate,and the color is brown,red and pink,the diameter of spheriod nodule is 0.1-6.0 mmand the length of cylinder and palm nodule is 1-10 mm.92.5% natural nodules have activity of nitrogen fixation,and the value of nitrogenase activity is 0.093-12.403 nmol/(mg·h).It is obvious that the shape,color,size and nitrogenase activity of nodule are related to ecological environment of sampling sites. |
