针对宝鸡峡灌区的供水水源及缺水问题,以系统分析为基础,新老水源工程的联合运用为出发点,分析确定理论上合理、经济上可行的规模和运行方式。在对水源工程的必要性和规模进行分析的条件下,运用模糊综合评判方法对多水源工程综合利用进行效益评价,从社会效益、经济效益、环境影响、技术方案等方面充分论证了小水河工程的必要性和可行性。 |

Benefit evaluation of comprehensive utilization of water sources works in Baojixia irrigation area |

Abstract: |
In the outlook of the water supply status and water shortage problems in Baojixia irrigation area,the appropriate parameters of new planned project and reasonable operation of all projects including the new one are analyzed in this paper,based on the system analytical theory and considering the combined benefits of planned project and existed projects.Under the necessity and the scale of the planned water supply project,the benefits of all water resources projects with multi-purpose utilization have been evaluated with fuzzy synthetic judgment method.The necessity and feasibility of Xiaoshuihe reservoir is fully discussed from social benefits,economy benefits,environment effects,technology schemes,etc. |
