| In view of the shortage of water resources,the connotation of the sustainable utilization and exploitation of water resources is analyzed in detail,as well as the sustainable utilization and exploitation principles,the balance relation and problems of the measurement in the sustainable exploitation and utilization of water resources.And models and measures of the sustainable utilization of water resources are also put forward. The measure in the sustainable utilization and exploitation of water resources of Guangzhong region,taken as an example,is given. |
