菠菜不同器官硝态氮与钾素的含量及关系

摘要:
在采自不同地区的8种土壤上进行盆栽试验,研究菠菜不同器官硝态氮与钾素的含量及关系。结果表明,菠菜体内的硝态氮和钾素含量因器官而异,且两者在不同器官的分布表现出相反的趋势,即叶片的钾素含量最高,根次之,叶柄最低;硝态氮含量的分布以叶柄最高,根次之,叶片最低。在每千克土施氮0.15和0.30 g时,菠菜各器官硝态氮和钾素含量的相关系数分别为-0.398和-0.493,说明钾素含量高的器官,硝态氮还原转化速度较快。

Contents of nitrate-N and K in different organs of spinach and its relationship
Abstract:
Pot experiments were carried out on 8 different soils sampled from different sites using spinach as indicating crop,to study the contents of nitrate N and K in different organs of spinach and its relationship.The obtained results showed that both the contents of nitrate N and K were different with organs,and their distribution among different organs showed an opposite tendency.The K contents of blades were the highest,then of the roots,and those of stems were the lowest,but the nitrate N contents of blades were the lowest,then of the roots,and those of stems were the highest.Correlation analysis indicated that the coefficient (r) was -0.398 and -0.493 at 0.15,0.30 g/kg soil respectively.This kind of tendency between K and nitrate N in different organs indicated that higher potassium content could promote the transformation and reduction of nitrate.
