控释肥料(CRF)与控释肥包(CRFP)供氮动力学研究

摘要:
采用好气培养-间隙淋洗法,在恒温条件下培养12周,研究控释肥料与控释肥包在土壤中的供氮情况。结果表明,控释肥料与控释肥包在土壤中的供氮规律可用一级动力学方程描述,拟合方程的γ达极显著水平。6个处理的供氮速度常数k分别为0.314 8,0.253 1,0.246 9,0.386 5,0.323 3,0.313 2,最大供氮量分别为1 204,220,2 125,1 400,1 670和1 600 mg/kg,半时值t1/2分别为2.20,2.74,2.81,1.79,2.14和2.21周。控释肥料可使供氮半时值延长3 d,加控释肥包后半时值又比无控释肥包的增长3-4 d。尿素包膜制成控释肥料、制作肥包均可以明显延长其供氮时间。

Kinetic study of nitrogen release of controlled release fertilizer (CRF) and CRF derived packages (CRFP)
Abstract:
The kinetics of nitrogen supplying from CRF and CRFP was investigated using aerobic incubation intermittent leaching method.The incubation was lasted up to 12 weeks under constant temperature.The results showed that first order kinetics equation could be used to describe the nitrogen supplying of CRFP as evidenced by high correlation coefficient (r) and low standard error (SE).From treatment 1 to treatment 6 nitrogen supplying velocity coefficient (k) was 0.314 8,0.253 1,0.246 9,0.386 5,0.323 3 and 0.313 2 respectively.The corresponding maximum amount and half time values of nitrogen supply was 1 204 ,2 200,2 125,1 400,1 670 and 1 600 mg/kg and 2.20,2.74,2.81,1.79,2.14,2.21 weeks respectively.The half time values of CRF is about 3 days longer compared with uncoated urea.The half values of CRFP is about 3 to 4 days longer than that of no package.The results will be reference to make CRFP in the future.
