不同水平肌醇对黑白花奶牛乳成分的影响

摘要:
以40头黑白花奶牛为实验动物,随机分成3个试验组和1个对照组,各试验组分别添加0.1,0.2,0.3 g/(头·d)肌醇,研究其对奶牛产奶量、采食量以及乳成份的影响。结果表明:试验Ⅱ组中产奶量、采食量、乳脂、乳蛋白、乳糖、无脂固形物和总固形物的增加量最大,分别为3.76 gk/d,3.36 gk/d,0.90 g/kg,0.91 g/kg,0.73 g/kg,1.04 g/kg和1.00 g/kg。证明在奶牛日粮中添加0.2 g/(头·d)肌醇对提高产奶量,采食量以及乳成份最好。

Abstract:
Forty black-white dairy cows were used as experimental animals.They were divided into three experimental groups and a contrast group.The experimental groups were added respectively 0.1,0.2,0.3 g/(ong·d) inoses to study the effect of different levels of inoses on milk yield,food consumption and milk composition.The results showed:the increasing degrees of milk yield,food consumption and milkfat,milkprotein,milksugar,nonfat solidity,total solidity in the second experimental group were the biggest,3.76 gk/d,3.36 gk/d,0.90 g/kg,0.91 g/kg,0.73 g/kg,1.04 g/kg,1.00 g/kg,respectively.It proved that adding 0.2 g/(ong·d) inoses in the diets for dairy cows was best for promoting mili yield,food consumption and milk composition.
