| 采用不同培养容器和接种密度进行小麦花药培养，研究了小麦花约培养中的密度效应。结果表明，小麦花药培养中的愈伤组织诱导效率与培养容器大小无关，与花药接种密度显著相关;当花药密度达到一定范围之后，能够显著提高小麦花药培养中愈伤组织的诱导频率。在密度为4.8和6.4枚/mL时，小麦花药组织反应率、愈伤组织诱导率和ACRC值均比在0.8～3.2枚/mL下显著提高。 |

| The effect of density of wheat anther culture was studied with diverse containers and cultivating densities.The result showed that the induction frequency of pollen callus was irrelevant to the volume of culture containers,and highly related to the density of pollens.The frequency of pollen callus induction could be obviously improved in the condition of anther density over certain extent.Responding anthers,induction frequency of pollen callus and data of ACRC of 4.8 and 6.4 anther density per mL were higher than that of 0.8-3.2 anther density per mL. |
