| 我国城市化正处于蓬勃发展时期,而作为载体的城郊耕地承担着诸多重要功能,在保证经济发展的条件下,实现城郊耕地资源可持续利用,是城市和郊区社会经济可持续发展的基本前提。在对城郊耕地利用存在问题进行成因分析的基础上,提出城市化过程中,使具有过渡性的城郊耕地资源实现可持续利用的对策。 |

| By analysing the economic and social characters in the utilization of suburb cultivated-land, this paper points out that the sustainable utilization of suburb cultivated-land is the basis for city and suburb sustainable development.The author also presents some practical and effective measures for this dynamic process. |
