| 通过淋巴细胞培养法对拟选入精子库的13头晋南种公牛的染色体进行了研究和监测,结果表明,晋南牛Y染色体存在多态性,具有中(亚中)部(7头)和近端(6头)着丝粒Y染色体双重核型;对其体细胞染色体畸变类型和频率分析表明,染色体多倍体有三倍体、四倍体和六倍体,其总畸变率为4.13%。结构畸变的类型有染色单体缺失、断裂、间隙和染色体间隙、着丝点断裂等,其总畸变率为2.54%。经比较分析,研究的13头晋南种公牛染色体的畸变率在正常范围内。 |

| By using the lymphocyte culture,the study and detection on chromosomes in 13 selected Jinnan bulls which will be selected into bovine spern pool are done.The result shows that Jinnan cattles Y chromosomes have polymorphism possessing dual-karyotype phenomenon of 6 acrocentric and 7 metacentric (submetacenrtic) Y chromosomes.The results on the types and frequencies of chromosomal aberration of somatic cells in Jinnan cattle show that chromosomal polyploid include:triploid,tetraploid and hexaploid with the occurrence rate of 4.13%,that the types of structural aberration include:chromatin delletion,breakage and gap,chromosome gap and centromere breakage et al.with a structural aberration rate of 2.54%.Through comparative analysis,the chromosomal aberration rate of 13 Jinnan stud bulls is in normal range in this study. |
