华山新麦草对小麦全蚀病菌的抗病性研究

摘要:
利用人工接菌方法,测定了华山新麦草以及20份小麦—华山新麦草异染色体系对禾顶囊壳小麦变种(小麦全蚀病菌 )的抗病性。结果表明,华山新麦草高度抗全蚀病菌的侵染,是一个新的野生抗全蚀病种质。7份附加系、3份代换系和2份易位系中度抗病,其中附加系H1抗病性接近高抗,其余8份异染色体系为中度感病至高度感病。

Evaluation of resistance in Psathyrostachys huashaica to wheat take-all fungus

Abstract:
Resistance in Psathyrostachys huashaica and 20 wheat-P.huashaica alien chromosome lines to wheat take-all fungus (Gaeumannomyces graminis var.tritic) was evaluated by artificial inoculation.The results showed that P.huashaica was of high resistance to wheat take-all fungus and was a new resistant germplasm.Among the tested alien chromosome lines,7 addition lines,3 substitution lines and 2 translocation lines were of middle resistance to the take-all fungus.H1 was with reaction near high resistance.The other 8 lines were middle to highly susceptible to take-all fungus.
