不同基因型小麦籽粒蛋白质组分的施氮量调节

摘要:
对 3个典型小麦品种小偃 6号、小偃 107和 4286结合生产实际施氮肥 ,选择高 N(247.5kg/hm2 )、中 N(157.5kg/hm2 )和低 N(67.5kg/hm2 ) 3个施肥水平,研究了小麦籽粒蛋白质及其蛋白质组分的变化,结果表明,随施氮量的增加,不同小麦品种籽粒蛋白质及其组分都有增加趋势,但程度不同,小偃 107增加最明显。

Effect of nitrogen application amount on grain protein content and protein fraction of different gene-type wheats

Abstract:
The changes of protein content and protein fraction in different gene-type wheat were studied based on nitrogen applying amount before planting.The results showed that the protein content and protein fraction in different gene-type increased with the rise of nitrogen applying amount.Among the varieties tested existed significant difference on the contents of the protein,but Xiaoyan 107 has the most increase.
