| 对不同地区砂地柏各部位中脱氧鬼臼毒素的含量进行了测试 ,并以菜青虫为试虫测试了各样品的生物活性 ,初步探讨了脱氧鬼臼毒素含量与生物活性的关系。结果表明 ,各测试样品中都含有脱氧鬼臼毒素 0 .2 5～ 1 .40 mg/g。脱氧鬼臼毒素的含量与菜青虫的拒食率、死亡率之间无明显相关性 ,说明砂地柏组织中还含有其他具杀虫活性的成分。 |

| The quantitative analysis of deoxypodophyllo toxin in Sabina vulgaris Ant and its relationship with bioactivity |

| Abstract: |
| The quantity of deoxypodophyllo toxin of Sabina vulgaris Ant.in different regions and parts of the plant was assayed,and the bioactivities to Pieris rapae was tested.The results of the study showed that all samples contained deoxypodophyllo toxin of about 0.25-1.40 mg/g,but the effectiveness of antifeeding and toxicity to the Pieris rapae was irrelated to the quantity of deoxypodophyllo toxin.This proved that other insecticidal compounds might exist in Sabina vulgaris Ant. |
