Abstract: |
VE161 wheat contains male-sterile substitution line,fertile addition line and fertile heterozygous line with one pair of Elytrigia elongatum chromosomes.The heterozygous line is produced by the substitution line crossed with the addition line.Two maintainable ways of the male-sterility of VE161 alien substitution line are contrasted.The results show that the self fruitful program of the heterozygous line is better.The effect of the E chromosome on fertility is discussed as well. |
