小麦链格孢中国菌株的生物学特性研究

摘要:
小麦链格孢 (Alternaria triticina)中国菌株菌落在 5~ 35℃均可生长 ,适温为1 5~ 30℃ ,2 5~ 30℃最适 ,低于 1 5℃或高于 30℃时 ,生长速度下降 ,菌落异常。适于生长的pH值为 3.5~ 9.5,最适pH值为 4.5~ 7.5。该菌能较好地利用蔗糖、淀粉、木糖、棉子糖、乳糖和葡萄糖做碳源 ,最优氮源为硝酸钾、甘氨酸和乙酸铵。培养基的碳源或氮源种类不同时 ,菌落形态发生明显变异。小麦链格孢中国菌株和印度菌株的生物学特性基本一致。

Biological characters of the isolates of Alternaria triticina from China

Abstract:
The important biological characters of the isolates of Alternaria triticina from China were studied under controlled environment conditions. The results showed that the temperature range for fungal colony grow th on PSA plate was 5-35℃ with the optimum temperature at 25-30℃.The rate of fungal colony development would get slower and colony morphology abnormal at a temperature of <5℃ or >30℃. In the range of pH 3. 5-9. 5 the fungal colony was able to grow, and the suitable pH value was 4. 5-7. 5.The fungus could use sucrose, starch, xylose, raffinose, lactose and glucose as carbon source in Czapek′smedium. The suitable nitrogen source was potasium nitrate,glucine or am inoacetate. Changing component of carbon or nitrogen, the characters of fungal colony showed remarkable variation. The important biological characters of isolates from China were similar to that of isolate from India.
