| 结球甘蓝(Brassica olerace var.capitata L.)转化时,子叶柄、下胚轴受农杆菌(Agrobacterium tumefaciens)侵染后,芽再生的激素配比研究表明,中甘8号在激素配比为BA 4.0mg·L-1+IAA(1.0~2.0)mg·L-1时,子叶柄和下胚轴芽的诱导率为100%;在BA1.0 mg·L-1+ZT 1.0 mg·L-1+NAA(0.10~0.15) mg·L-1时,子叶柄芽的诱导率为60%左右;在BA 1.0mg·L-1+ZT 1.0mg·L-1+NAA(0.15~0.20)mg·L-1时,下胚轴芽的诱导率为100%。激素配比与品种间互作效应小,以因素主效应为主。与未侵染外植体芽诱导比较,认为结球甘蓝受农杆菌侵染后,离体芽诱导需要较高的生长素质量浓度。 |

| Abstract: |
| The cotyledonary petioles and hypocotyles of cabbage in vitro infected by Agrobacterium tumefaciens regenerated in hormonal combinations on cabbage (Brassica olerace var.capitata L.)were studied.The results showed that the shoot induction rate of cotyledonary petioles and hypocotyles was 100% with BA 4.0mg·L-1+ IAA 1.0-2.0mg·L-1 on cabbage cultivar Zhonggan No.8; about 60% with BA 1.0mg·L-1+ZT 1.0mg·L-1+NAA 0.10-0.15mg·L-1; 100% with BA 1.0mg·L-1+ZT 1.0mg·L-1+NAA (0.15-0.20)mg·L-1.The interaction of hormonal combinitions and cultivars was smaller than the main effects of them.Compared with uninfected explants by A.tumefaciens, it is considered that the optimal hormonal combinations of shoot induction contained higher auxin concentration on explants in vitro infected by A.tumefaciens. |
