| 在对早期人力资本思想及现代人力资本理论评析的基础上，结合卢卡斯和罗默对人力资本理论的新拓展，提出了人力资本理论及其新拓展对我国经济发展的3点启示，即运用人力资本理论指导和调整我国的资源战略政策、人口和教育政策以及加快经济增长方式的转变。 |
