| 对人工养殖大鲵发生的“赤皮病”病原菌进行了分离培养、人工感染试验,鉴定出该病的致病菌为Ⅰ-型荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens)。发病大鲵表现症状为全身肿胀,呈充血发炎的红斑块和化脓性溃疡。菌株对链霉素、氯霉素、氟哌酸、庆大霉素、“鱼病康-I”均高度敏感。伤口涂抹氯霉素软膏和肌肉注射硫酸庆大霉素治疗发病大鲵,每天剂量为15 mg·kg-1, 7 d后完全治愈,治愈率为93. 4%.养殖中饵料加入“鱼病康-I”,可防治该病的发生。 |

| This paper described the characters of pathogenic bacteria of red skin disease in Andrias daridianus.Acquired strains,which were isolated from naturally infected
Andrias daridianus and identified by the Bacteriological method,were Pseudomonas fluorescens.Thses strains through infection test showed a higher pathogenicity with the syactews of oedma, hyperaemia, ulcers, red scars in the body and most sensitive to Streptomycinum,Chloramphenicolum,Norfloxacin,Gentamycinum and“Yubingkang-Ⅰ”. 15 mg
for per 1000 g body weight in 7 days.The total cure rate with injection of geatamycinisulfas reached over 90%. |
