| 以菜青虫（Pieris rapae L．）为标准试虫进行生物活性跟踪测试，对杀虫植物砂地柏（Sabina vulgaris Ant.）果实中杀虫活性成分进行了分离。经溶剂提取、4次柱层析及重结晶，得到一种杀虫活性成分纯品，代号为SFO2.．生测结果表明，SFO2.对菜青虫有较强的拒食及胃毒毒杀作用，但没有触杀活性。 |

| Abstract: |
| With Pieris rapae L.as the screening insect to detect insecticidal activity,by means of solvent extraction and through four times of column chromatograph and recrystallization,the insecticidal ingredient of fruit of Sabina vulgaris Ant.is identified,which is named SFO2.The result of bioassay shows that SFO2 has good antifeeding and stomach toxic activity toPieris rapae,but has no contact toxicity. |
