西北地区杀虫植物的筛选

摘要:
室内测定了采自西北地区的475种植物样品的丙酮提取物对玉米象、赤拟谷盗、粘虫等试虫的生物活性,筛选出了对试虫有50%以上生物活性的植物样品128种,其中菊科21种、豆科12种、蔷薇科8种、藜科7种、大戟科5种,其余各科均不足5种。通过综合分析,认为砂地柏、牛心朴等10余种植物具有明显的开发研究价值。

Screening on the Resources of Botanical Insecticides in Northwestern China
Abstract:
The bioactivities of the acetone extracts of insecticidal plants collected from northwestern China were tested with Sitophilus zeamais,Tribolium castaneum,Mythimna separata etc.in the laboratory.Results showed that 128 species of them present more than 50% bioactivities to the test insectes,of which 21 species from Compositae,12 species from Leguminosae,8 species from Rosaceae,7 species from Chenopodiaceae,5 species from Euphorbiaceae and less than 5 species from each of the others.The author proved that 10 species over which included Sabina vulgrus and Cynanchum komarovii etc.were worth developing.
