Abstract: |
Advances in crop heterosis studies using plant molecular biology techniques were summarized from the following aspects genetic mechanisms included 1) differences in the quality and quantity of gene expression,2) changes in the primary structures of genes in F1 and 3) the resultant genetic vibration theory; prediction method aspects contained 1)parent heterozygosity and F1 heterosis and 2) QTLs associated with heterosis.Suggestions on the forthcoming studies were also made in the present paper. |
