| 综述了胎盘产生的几种特异性活性物质，即TGF-β,CSF-1, IGF, PAG,库尼特型蛋白酶抑制剂, bCYP19及相关基因的作用时间、部位和作用机制，以及这些物质的研究前景。认为加深其研究以利于完善早期妊娠和分娩发动诊断、妊娠疾病诊治、体外受精、人工输精妊娠以及人类避孕技术。 |

| In this paper, several kinds of regulatory peptides produced by placenta,such as TGF-β,CSF-1, IGF,PAG,Kunitz-type proteinase inhibitor, proteinase produced by CYP19 gene and CYP19 associated gene etc., are discussed.The peptides have a very
important role not only in the regulation of the growth and function of placenta by paracrine and autocrine, but also in the regulation of fetal growth, development and maternal endocrine. |
