小麦耐盐性鉴定指标及其分析评价

摘要:
通过对近10年国内外研究资料的整理和分析认为,有10多项指标可用于小麦的耐盐性鉴定。其中,比较可靠的形态生长指标有盐胁迫条件下的幼苗存活率、幼苗的根长、苗高和苗重、春季分蘖数及籽粒产量;比较可靠的生理生化指标有盐胁迫条件下植株地上部的K /Na比、细胞膜透性、SOD活性、根细胞质膜上的ATP酶活性、植株组织中的甜菜碱和多胺含量、细胞壁上的羟脯氨酸含量、细胞壁糖蛋白中的糖分含量以及植株体内盐激蛋白的合成情况。关于游离脯氨酸含量这一指标,不同研究者看法不一致,其可靠性尚难以确定,应慎用或作进一步研究。

A Review of Identification Indicators for Wheat Salt Tolerance
Abstract:
Through collection,sorting out and analysis of data,more than 10 kinds of indicators can be used in salt tolerance identification of wheat.Under salt stress,seedling survival ratio,root length,shoot height and seedling weight,tiller number in spring and grain yield are the reliable morphological and growth indicators.At the same time,shoot K+/Na+ ratio,cell membrane permeability,ATP and SOD enzyme activities,glycinebetiane and polyamine accumulation,cell wall hydroxyproline and cell surface glycoprotein content,and salinity stress-induced tissue specific protein are the reliable physiological and biochemical indexes under salt stress condition.Because of different viewpoints,it is difficult to determine salt tolerance with the free proline accumulation.For this,further study is needed.
