抗氧化剂对杏和中国李原生质体培养的影响

摘要:
以杏和中国李种胚愈伤组织为试材,研究了抗氧化剂对原生质体培养效果的影响。结果表明,在酶解液和培养基中加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮对提高原生质体产量、活力和分裂能力具有显著的效果。在培养基中加入不同浓度的甘氨酸和抗坏血酸也可提高中国李原生质体培养的分裂频率和植板率。

Effect of Antioxidants on Protoplast Culture of Apricot and Chinese Plum
Abstract:
In this paper,the effect of antioxidants on apricot and Chinese plum protoplast culture was studied using calli derived from embryos as donor materials.The results showed that the addition of PVP (polyvinylpirrolidone) to enzyme solution and culture medium had significant effects on protoplast isolation and culture.The addition of glucine and ascorbic acid of different concentrations to culture medium was also effective for inducing cell division.
