| 摘要: |
| 根据一般水(地下水、地表水)中含有一定量的硝酸盐(NO3-)和亚硝酸盐(NO2-),而牛乳中不含这两种物质的原理,用锌粉将NO3-还原为NO2-,用格里斯(Griess)试剂与NO2-的呈色反应,便可检测出牛乳中是否掺水并估计掺水量。可为鲜乳收购时鉴定掺水情况提供一种实用的检测方法。 |

| Establishment and Application of Speedy Test the Method for Watered Milk |

| According to the contents of NO3- and NO2- in general water (sruface water and groundwater) but not in milk,using the colour reaction of Griess reagent and NO2- reduced by NO3- with zinc,whether water is added to the milk and how much water is added can be tested.It is a practical method in test of watered milk. |
