| 在对农村剩余劳动力产生、存在的本质原因及特点进行分析的基础上，建立一种解决农村剩余劳动力问题的理想模式，并以此模式为依据，评价目前存在的各种具体解决途径，分析其对理想模式的偏离，并提出纠正偏离的对策。 |

| Abstract: |
| Through the analysis on the essential reasons and characteristics of the
appearance and existence for surplus labor force in the countryside, this paper works out
an ideal method to solve the surplus labor force in the countryside and uses this as the
basic theory the other existing methods are evaluated, the deviation from the ideal is analyzed, and counter measures are raised. |
