| 将180只迪卡鸡随机分成4组,每组45只, 1组为对照, 2, 3, 4组分别饲喂含铜0. 25, 0. 50和0. 75 g·kg-1的混合料,在试验的第0, 15, 30, 45, 60和75 d,分别测定各组的血液学指标。结果表明,在饲喂第75 d,第4组与其它各组比较,红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积容量(PCV )明显降低,白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞平均血红蛋白量(MCH)、红细胞平均容积(MCV)明显增高,而红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)变化不明显。假嗜酸性白细胞在试验45 d时, 4组与1, 3组比较差异显著(P<0. 05)。 |

| Effects of Supplemental Copper with High Levels on Hematological Items in Dekalb Hens |

| Abstract: |
| One hundred Dekalb hens were randomly divided into four groups (45
per group) and fed the diet supplemented with copper at the levels of 0, 0. 25, 0. 50 and
0. 75 g·kg-1 diet for groups 1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively.During 0, 15, 30, 45, 60 and 70 d
of feeding, blood items of each group were measured respectively.The results indicated
that the number of blood RBC,Hb, PCV was significantly dropped, number of WBC,
MCH,MCV increased and no difference in MCHC concentration among the groups while
the hens were fed with copper of 0. 75 g·kg-1 diet at 75 d.During 45 d of feeding, the
number of blood pseudoacidocyte was significantly different in group 4 compared with those in the groups 1 and 3(P<0. 05). |
