磷浸种对种子萌发和生长的影响

摘要:
将用磷酸二氢钾浸种处理的小麦和玉米种子,分别在30, 25和20℃及0. 0和-0. 5MPa环境水势条件下萌发,测定萌发率与生长量等指标。结果表明:①玉米浸种的适宜磷酸二氢钾浓度为0. 1mmol/L;②磷浸种使玉米和小麦的萌发时间提前;③磷浸种对种苗生长量的影响与不同作物及生长温度有密切关系,在高温下磷的作用明显;④不同浸种处理在萌发生长过程中,其吸胀—活化—生长阶段的划分有一定区别。

Effect of Seed Pretreatment with Phosphorus on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth
Abstract:
Wheat and maize seeds were pretreated by soaking in passium dihydrophaphate solution for 24 hours, and germ inated under 30, 25 and 20℃, and 0. 0 and -0. 5MPa environmental temperature and water conditions respectively.The main results obtained by measuring germination and seedling growth rate indicated (1) KH2PO4 concentration formaize pretreatment was 0. 1 mmol/L; (2) seed pretreatment with KH2PO4 could cause the seed germination period to occur earlier; (3) the effect of phosphorus pretreatment to seedling growth rate varied depending on differentcrops and temperature conditions, especially the significant effect occured under high temperature; (4) the stage division of water-uptake, germination and growth differed during the germination and growth process with different seed pretreatment.
