| 通过对陕西省苹果产业化的现状、存在问题、发展优势及趋势的分析，针对陕西省苹果生产盲目，缺乏计划协调；科学技术含量低，管理水平低下，贮藏加工技术跟不上和政府扶持管理不够，产销服务体系不全等问题。结合未来市场预测，提出优化生产布局；加大科学技术投入力度，加强栽培和贮藏加工技术的研究，抓示范园建设和果品分级包装；树立龙头企业，组织产业化开发，健全配套的产销服务网络等对策，以提高苹果品质，增大竞争力度，提高整体效益。 |

| After analysis of the current situation, problem, development priority,
apple industrialization trend and future market prediction as well as in view of blind production, lack of plan and coordination, low science content, poor management, backward
storage and processing technique, less government support and imcomplete production
and sales system, the optimal production layout is worked out.More input in science
should be made, research on cultivation, storage and processing techniques be strengthened, the construction of scientific demonstration park and grade packing of apple be
paid attention to, key enterprises be established, industrialization development be organized and service network of production and sales be completed for the purpose of improving apple quality, competitive ability and the over all efficiency. |
