温度和水分对塿土反硝化的影响

摘要:
温度和水分是制约塿土反硝化作用的主要因子: 30℃饱和含水量下因反硝化造成的N2O—N产率可达36. 4μg·g-1;降低温度、水分,N2O产率激剧下降;低于5℃和调萎系数时,N2O—N产率接近1. 0μg·g-1.室温及50%饱和含水量时,硫铵和硝铵因反硝化造成的氮素损失不足投入氮素约1%.塿土发生反硝化的主要层次为20 cm的表层土壤;低于60 cm,反硝化产率极低。

Abstract:
The C2H2 inhibition method was applied in incubation experiments to evaluate the effects of soil moisture and temperature on denitrification in Lou soil.The results showed that N2O—N decreased about 36. 4μg·g-1 at 30℃ and 48. 9% of moisture lost. It could be neglected when the soil moisture and temperature were at 14. 7% and 5℃. The denitrification loss from (NH4)2SO4 was less than that from NH4NO3, partly because C2H2 inhibited nitrification.The actual N loss was less than 1% of the fertilizer applied under similar field conditions.
