10种植物提取物对棉铃虫生长发育的影响

摘要:
报道了砂地柏、大戟、紫穗槐、牛心朴等10种植物提取物对棉铃虫生长发育的影响。取食处理饲料后,所有处理试虫的体重均明显低于对照,幼虫期延长2~7 d,化蛹率降低12%~24%,总校正死亡率达23.7%~43%.其中以砂地柏的果实提取物对棉铃虫的影响最大,砂地柏其他部位提取物及大戟的提取物稍次。不同产地的砂地柏及其不同溶剂的提取物,对棉铃虫生长发育的影响有差异,以甘肃祁连山产砂地柏的活性最高。

Abstract:
The grwoth disruptinng effects of ten plant extracts,including Sabina vulgaris,Enphorbia pekinensis,Amorpha fruticosa,and Cynanchum komarevii etc.,on the larvae of Heliothis armigera Hübner were reported in this article.Experiments showed that,after treated with plant extracts,the weight of larvae was significantly low,the larvae period delayed for 2~7 days,the pupation rate decreased about 12%~24%,and the final correct mortality 23.7%~43%.Further experiments showed that the extract of fruit of Sabina vulgaris was most effective and that other parts of Sabina vulgaris and Euphorbia pekinensis were the second. The Sabina vulgaris samples from different districts and extracted with different solvents also showed bioactive difference and plant from Qilian Mountain,Gansu Province,was the greatest.
