| 摘要: |
| 采用睾丸生精细胞空气干燥制片法和骨髓细胞染色体制片法，研究石鸡染色体数目和组型。结果表明，染色体2n=76±(♂·♀),大染色体10对,微粒状染色体28对;染色体组型:性染色体为ZZ♂/ZW♀型,1,2号染色体属亚中部(sm)着丝粒染色体,3,4,6～38号染色体均为端部(t)着丝粒染色体,5号染色体Z,W分别为中部(m)、端部(t)着丝粒染色体,W染色体长度在6～7号染色体之间。应用睾丸空气干燥制片法研究，可提高统计结果的可靠性。 |

| Abstract: |
| By adopting the method based on colchicine-hypotonic-air drying
technique with bone marrow cells and the method based on colchicine-hypotonic-air
drying technique with spermatogenic cells, this paper studied the chromosome
complement of Alectoris graeca Pubescens.The results indicates,the diploid chromosome
2n =76±(♂·♀).The sex chromosome type is zz(♂) and zw(♀).According to the
standard of Levan in 1964,the first and the second chromosome belong to the sm-type
chromosomes.The third, the 4th and from the 6th to the 38th chromosome are all t-type
chromosomes.The sex chromosome Z is m-type and W is t-type chromosome.The
length of W chromosome is between the 6th and the 7th chromosome.By using the
method based on colchicine-hypotonic-air drying technique with spermatogenic cells we
can make the statistical results of chromosome more reliable. |
