| 从地理和自然环境方面，对黔东南州银杏示范基地与我国银杏生产最好的广西灵川作了全面比较，认为当地适合种植银杏树。在对产量和价格估算的基础上，选用静态投资回收期和动态净现值、净现值率及内部收益率等评估指标，进行了盈亏平稳分析，认为在正常情况下，该示范基地种植银杏树经济效益可观。 |

| With an agrographical and environmental comparison between Southeast Guizhou Prefecture and Lingchuan,Guangxi Province,it is concluded that the Southeast Guizhou Prefecture is an appropriate place for planting gingko trees.On the basis of the periodic index of static investment benefit,dynamic net discount,net discount rate and internal benefit rate,an analysis of gain and loss is conducted.The planting of gingko trees in this prefecture will see a high economic benefit rise. |
