| 用FSH+PGF2α。超排黑白花奶牛22头,以非手术方法采得7～8日龄胚胎68枚,其中45枚胚胎用于一步冷冻试验.水浴解冻后共回收40枚胚胎.用1.0mol/L蔗糖一步除去保护剂,胚胎形态完好率为90环(36/40),荧光染色阳性率为87.5%(7/8),体外培养发育率为75%(6/8).冻胚移植受体妊娠率为43.5%(10/23). |

| Abstract: |
| 22 Donor Holsteins were superovulated with FSH十PGF2α and 68 embryos taken non-surgieally at 7～8 days.45 embryos of which were used for the one-step
freezing experiment.After thrawed in water bath at 30～37 ℃,40 embryos were recovered,and washed with PBSS solution of 1.0mol/L sucrose to remove the glyeerol off.
The rate of the Morphological Intaet embryos (MIES) was 90% (36/40);the postive
rate of fluoresce staining 87.5%(7/8);the ectogenesis rate 75%(6/8);the Pregnaney
rate of recipients 43.5%(10/23). |
