运输中振动参数对苹果损伤的影响

摘要:
模拟运输条件下进行苹果振动损伤试验,得出振动频率、振幅、时间对损伤面积及蠕变各变形量的影响关系。通过回归分析和相关分析发现振动后总变形、相应蠕变量及差值可用来评价和预测损伤程度,对寻求预测和评价损伤的新方法、探索减少振动损伤的途径有参考价值。

Abstract:
Through a simulated test for apple damage owing to the vibration in transportation,the results of the effect relationships of vibration frequency,amplitude, time on damage area and the quantity of peristaltic deformation were obtained.The regression analysis and relative analysis showed that, after vibration, the total deformation,the relavant peristaltic qualities and the difference could be used to evaluate and forecast the damage degree.Thus,it would be of reference value to those who look for new methods to forecast and evaluate apple damage and the approach to reduce damage due to vibration.
