| 室内定温饲养结果表明,马铃薯瓢虫Henosepilachna vigintoclomaculate(Motsch.)实验种群(n>80)的存活曲线在20,23,25℃下呈DeeveyⅠ型,在28,30℃下接近于DeeveyⅡ型,与Odum的B1型相吻合。根据种群动态参数温度依赖模型导出在26.0℃下内禀增长率有极大值。不同温度下成虫产卵动态均呈偏态分布,6-8d达最高峰。实验条件下,25℃相对最适合成虫产卵,不仅产卵高峰期后延,且产卵比例、产卵历期、平均产卵量均为最大值。 |

| The rearing results under constant temperatures showed that the survivalship curve of the 28一spotted ladybird Henosepilachna vigintoclomaculate (Motseh.) assumed the type of Deevey 's I curve at 20,23,25℃,and tallied with
Odtum’s B1 curve at 28 and 30℃.Based on the regression model between the intrinsic inerease rate(rm) and temperature (T℃) set up in this paper rm had the highest value at
26.0℃.The ovipositive dynamics of adults under test temperature were all shown as
deviation一distrubtion,had the highest value around 6一8d.The temperature of 25℃
was the most suitable temperature for the oviposition of the insect,at which not only the
peak period of oviposition can be prolonged,also the reproduetive individual ratio of
adult,the duration of reproduction and the eggs laid per female had the highest value at
this temperature. |
