| 生产条件下，徒手二分割安哥拉山羊晚期桑椹胚和囊胚。用手术方法将裸半胚移植于受体羊子宫角。产羔受体率为29.4%（10/34），共产羔11只，其中1对为同卵双生，半胚成羔率为20.0%（11/55）。早期囊胚、囊胚和扩张囊胚的半胚，移植后半胚成羔率分别为28.6%（2/7）、33.3%（7/21）和9.5%(2/21）。于受体羊黄体侧子宫角移植2枚半胚或两侧各移植1枚半胚时，半胚成羔率分别为33.3%（8/24）和16.7%（3/18）。 |

| The Study on Free-splitting and Transfer of Embryos in Angora Goats |

| Abstract: |
| Free-splitting of morulae and blastocysts of Angora goats was condueted
under farm conditions.Demi一embryos without zonae were transferred surgically into reeipients.The recipient ratio of kidding was 29.4%(10/34),11 demi-embryo kids were
born,of those 2 were monozygotic twins.The rates of demi-embryos developing into kids
in vivo were 20.0%(11/55).The developing rates of demi-embryos from early blastocysts,blastocysts to expanding blastoeysts were 28.6%(2/7),33.3%(7/21 )and 9.5%
(2/21),respeetively.The developing rates of demi一embryos of transferring 2 demi-embryos into the uterine horn ipsilateral to the corpus luteum,or 2 into both uterine horns
were 33.3%(8/24) and1 6.7%(3/18). |
