| 将蘸有2%盐酸丁卡因溶液的纱布块填塞在奶山羊子宫颈外口处松弛子宫颈,用自制的采胚管和移胚管进行非手术采胚和移胚.8只超排羊中有6只采出胚胎,采胚成功率为75%(6/8),采胚率为35.8(24/67),头均采胚4.00士3.41枚(一10)。非手术移植2只受体羊,有l只怀孕。 |

| Abstract: |
| Cervices of dairy goats were relaxed by inserting a pieee of gauze dipped
with Dieaine Hydroehloride solution onto the outer mouths of the cerviees.Embryos of
the dairy goats weree colleeted and transferred non一surgieally with hand一made embryo
colleetion catheters and embryo transfer catheters.Twenty一four embryos were received
from 6 of the 8 superovulated goats with a sueeess rate of 75%(6/8).The colleetion rate
was35.8(24/67)and the averaage per head was 4.00士3.14.One of the 2 goats that
had aeeepted the non一surgieal embryo transfer beeame pregnant. |
