| 在扫描电镜技术中，样品的干燥法直接影响着观察结果，本文报道一种适应于植物病原真菌电镜样品的简易干燥法。此法不需要特殊的仪器，利用常规抽气装置即可完成样品的干燥过程。观察结果表明，改进方法干燥的样品上病菌形态结构与常规方法干燥的样品相似。 |

| An Improved for Specimen Drying of Phytopathogenic Fungus for Scanning Electron Microscope |

| Abstract: |
| An improved method for specimen drying of phytopathogenic fungus is reported.with which the specimen drying can be accomplished only with conventional air-drawing devices.The observations from scanning electrom microscope show that the morphological character of phytopathogenic fungi on the specimen drying with improved method is similar to that of the specimen drying with conventional methods. |
