玉米温光敏核不育新型研究初报

摘要:
采用春、夏两季分期播种的方法,选育出玉米温光敏核型雄性育性转换系。该转换系的雄性不育系具有雄穗分枝不着生小穗(小穗完全退化)的明显标志性状,可育形式雄穗分枝着生小穗,正常散粉,其育性表现受自身遗传基础和生态因子——温光共同作用。春播不育,夏播可育。不育性受核基因控制,为隐性性状,属一种新的雄性核不育源。

Report on a New Male Nuclear Sterility Type with Temperature-Photophase Genotype in Maize
Abstract:
With the method of two season sowings in spring and summer, a new type of male nuclear conversion line of temperature and photophase, which bears remarkable characteristics of male ear branches with unspikelets(spikelets degenerated completely ).The fertility bears male ear branches with spikelets and can spread out pollens Whether fertility or sterility of the conversion line depends on its own genes and ecological factors--temperature and photophase. In spring sowing, it is sterile, while in summer sowing ,it is fertile. The sterility controlled by unclear genes is in recessive and is a new resource of male unclear sterility.
