辣椒烟草花叶病毒与过氧化物酶活性相关分析

摘要:
辣椒接种烟草花叶病毒(TMV)后,过氧化物酶活性测定结果表明:不同抗性材料的接种株过氧化物酶活性在接种后5d与病情指数呈极显著负相关;接种后2~5d,接种株过氧化物酶活性均上升,抗病材料上升最快,感病材料最慢。5d后,耐病、抗病材料酶活性呈不同程度下降,但感病材料8d后才开始下降。未接种株过氧化物酶活性一直逐渐增强。

Correlated Analysis between TMV Resistance and POD Activity in Pepper
Abstract:
The measurement results of the POD activity in pepper after artificial inoculation TMV showed:there was a significant negative correlation (t<0.01) between POD activity and disease index of inoculated plant on the 5th day.After inoculation,all of isoenzyme activity of the inoculated increased with the disease resistant varieties fastest and susceptible slowlest after 2~5 day of inoculation.The tolerant and resistant varieties were to decrease after the 5th day and susceptible after the 8th day at different degrees.While the POD activity of non-inoculated plant kept a slow increase.
