山羊卵母细胞成熟的超微结构研究

摘要:
应用光、电镜技术研究山羊排卵后和体外成熟培养后的卵母细胞的形态学变化。结果表明:排卵后4h的输卵管卵母细胞和体外培养24~26h的卵泡卵母细胞已具有充分成熟(获能)的形态学特征,卵周隙大,微绒毛竖起,MⅡ纺锤体长轴在质膜下呈垂直状,最大数量的皮质颗粒呈线形排列在质膜下,线粒体散在分布。本研究结果为山羊卵母细胞体外成熟和体外受精最佳时期提供了可靠的形态学依据。

Study on the Ultrastructure of Goat Oocyte Maturation

Abstract:
Morphological changes of the oocytes collected from oviduct after ovulation and those cultured in vitro for certain time were studied by using light and eledtron microscopes.The study revealed that the oocytes after 4h of ovulation and those cultured for 24~26h in vitro had the morphological characteristics of full maturation (capacitation),viz.large perivitelline space,upright microvilli,vertical MⅡ spindle axis and linear cortical granules under cytoplasm membrance and dispersive mitochodrials.The results would help determine the proper time for in vitro matutation and fertilization of goatoocytes.
