速保利防治小麦雪霉叶枯病效果研究

摘要:
孢子萌发试验证实速保利对小麦雪霉叶枯病菌分生孢子芽管有强烈的致畸作用,6.25μg·mL-1浓度即可使82.3%的芽管畸变。离体叶碟法和盆栽幼苗法药效测定结果表明,速保利有优异的保护和治疗活性,可有效地抑制该病菌的侵入和在植株体内扩展。田间药效测定证明速保利具有较宽的施药时间范围,低浓度药液即可有效地控制成株叶枯病。一次施药可兼治多种病害。

Effect of Diniconazole for Controlling Gerlachis (Gerlachia Nivalis) Leaf Blight of Wheat

Abstract:
Spores germination test with nutrient agar medium showed that Diniconazole did not inhibit conidia grmiation,but markedly caused 82.3% of germ-tube distortion at a level of 6.25 μg/mL.The results of both leaf disk assay (in vitro) and pot seedling assay indicated that Diniconazole had protective and curative activities against the pathogen.According to the field trials,Dinieonazole could effectively control the leaf spot and the leaf blight for adult wheat,and possessed the properties of a longer application period and smaller dosages.
