| 本文从前列腺素F2α（PGF2α）及催产素（OT）在黄体溶解过程中的作用，OT与PGF2α之间的正反馈调节，PGF2α分泌的起始和终止，P4和E2对PGF2α分泌的调节，对反刍家畜黄体溶解机理等方面进行了综述。特别介绍了近年来黄体溶解机理在山羊上的研究进展。 |

| This paper has reviewed the functions of PGF2α and OT the postive feedback adjustments between OT and PGF2α,the starting and ending of the secretion of PGF2α,the adjustments of P4 and E2to the secretions of PGF2α。respectively in the luteolytie process in ruminats.Also this paper,espectially,has introduced the recent advances in luteolytic mechanism in goats. |
