低温对黄瓜幼苗乙烯释放量和电解质渗出率的影响

摘要:
用耐冷力不同的黄瓜品种,研究了低温胁迫再回温后幼苗子叶的乙烯释放量、电解质渗出率的变化及其与品种耐冷力的关系。结果表明:0℃低温处理引起乙烯释放量急剧增加,但耐冷力不同的品种间表现出明显的差异;耐冷力强的品种乙烯释放量高,且增加持续的时间较长;-3℃处理反而明显降低乙烯释放量;电解质渗出率随低温胁迫加剧而递增,与品种耐冷力成相反趋势。乙烯释放量所反映的品种耐冷力与电解质渗出率反映的结果相一致。

Abstract:
The relations of cucumber susceptibility to chilling with ethylene release and electrolyte leakage in cotyledon of cucumber were studied after rewarming the chilling stressed seedlings.The results indicated that the ethylene release increased rapidly after 0℃ treatment,and there were significant differences among different chilling susceptible cultivars.More and longer boosting in ethylene release were found for low chilling susceptible cultivars,while -3℃ treatment significantly inhibited ethylene production.The electrolyte leakage increased by chilling stress,and showed negative relations with cultivar sensitivity to chilling.The chilling susceptibility evaluated with ethyleneproduction was in agreement with the sensitivity reflected by electrolyte leakage.
