| 以PX-700生殖激素制剂对配种14 d后的97头次母猪进行早期妊娠诊断，妊娠母猪和未妊母猪诊断的准确率均达到100％．未因以本法检测而造成妊娠母猪流产，母猪产仔率及仔猪发育均正常。检出的未妊母猪在给药5 d内即正常发情，配种后受胎率和产仔率亦均正常。表明本方法具有妊娠诊断和诱发发情的双重效果。 |

| Abstract: |
| 97 swines in 14 days after mating were diagnotised with an agent of reproductive hormone.The accurate rates of the diagnosis for pregnant and nonpregnant swines were both 100%. Abortion caused by the treatment never occured.The farrowing rates of the swines and the subsequent development of pigs were normal.Meanwhile the nonpregnant ones diagnotised via this way showed their estrus within 5 days after injection of the agent.The abnormality of conceiving rate and farrowing rate after mating were not found.Therefore,this treatment had a double-effect on both pregnancy diagnosis and induced estrus. |
