小麦显性核不育研究

摘要:
由普通小麦品种间杂交后代分离出的7603A核不育类型,主要由两对独立遗传的显性非等位基因控制。两对基因间存在抑制互作效应,可产生多种持有的育性分离比例。在普通小麦品种中,广泛存在着恢复系和“一次保持系”。人工制造保持系无效。不育株有纯合和杂合两种基因型。纯合型与“一次保持系”杂交,后代可获得100%的不育株;杂合型与“一次保持系”杂交,后代产生1:1育性分离。

Abstract:
7603A isolated from the hybrid offsprings among common Wheat cultivars belongs to nuclear sterile type mainly controlled by two pairs of dominant non一allele genes of the independent inheritance.There exists the inter inhibiting effcet between two pairs of genes,thus,producing the multi-special fertile isolation percentage.In common wheat cultivars,there are the restoring lines and“temporary maintenance lines".The artificial maintenance lines are invalid.The sterile plants have two kinds of genes—isozygoty and heterozygote.When isozygoty type was crossed with“the temporary maintenance line”,a 100% of sterile plants was obtained from the offsprings.When heterozygote type was crossed with“the temporary maintenance line”,its generation could produce l:1 fertile isolations.
