石灰性土壤有效硫测定方法的探讨

摘要:
对用比浊法测定石灰性土壤有效硫过程中标准曲线的制作、浸提液的氧化脱色、比浊液的酸度等问题作了研究。结果表明,采取与样品测定步骤相一致的方法绘制的标准曲线精度较高、重现性好;悬液酸度在0.088~0.400molL-1H+时,其吸光度无明显差异。

Abstract:
In the process of determining available sulphur in calcareous soil by turbidimetric method, the plotting of standard curve, the oxidizing decolor of extractive solution and the acidity of turbidimetry solution were studied. The results showed that the standard curve plotted by adopting the same procedure as the sample determination was high in accuracy and good in repetitibility. When suspension acidity was between 0. 088 -0. 400mol. L-1H+,there was no significant difference in its absorbed optical density.
