| The paper reviews the sweet potato somatic embryogenesis, somatic emb-tyos maturation , germination and plant regeneration; cytological observation and the production of sweet potato artificial seeds, and also, the paper points out the present existing problems in biotechniques and presents a look ahead of the future developing direction. |
