| 对《西北农业大学学报》1988～1992年刊出的359篇论文作者状况的统计分析表明:年龄在35岁以下的青年科教人员,具有较强的科研能力,发表论文的数量较多(占46.8％),质量也较优;51～55岁年龄段的中年作者次之;在学报论文作者群中,36～50岁年龄段人数比例明显降低。具有中高级职称的科教人员,是学报论文作者的主体,在科研工作中起着重要作用。随着科研深度增加,合作研究课题比例逐渐增大,导致学报每篇论文作者数量增加。 |

| Abstract: |
| Statistic analysis of the authors of 359 theses published in the Journal of Northwestern Agricultural University indicates that the theses with high qualities and quantifies by the young scientific and technological persorieel under the age of 35 years and with a strong research ability account for 46. 8%, and the next is the authors under the age of 51~55 years. Among the authors of theses in the journal, there is an obvious decrease in the percentage of the researchers with the age of 36~50 years. The scientific researchers and teaching staffs with the intermediate and high occupations are the main body of the authors of the journal, and they play a major role in research. With the development in scientific research, the gradual increase in the percentage of the cooperative research projects lead to an increase in the number of authors in each paper carried in the journal. |
